In November 2022, Schedule Engine enhanced features of Live Services, integrations, and the Schedule Engine Dashboard.

Chats & Calls
Customer names and addresses now appear in the Chats & Calls table.
Clicking on an interaction in this table now displays more details about the customer and any related appointments or escalations
Icons for interaction types have been updated to show inbound versus outbound calls
Schedule Engine Whiteboard: when set up, it can be accessed through an icon in your navigation bar
Appointments (SE Standard/non-integrated only): displays the status of appointments on the table
Integrations
Tag Types: It is now possible to assign multiple tags to an appointment coming from Schedule Engine
Additional improvements to syncing for ServiceTitan V2 API users
Live Services
Flexible email requirements: Clients will now be able to determine if emails should be required along with other customer information for calls & chats. This feature can be toggled on at the client's request, but by default the email field is optional.
