In March 2023, Schedule Engine enhanced many features of the Schedule Engine Dashboard and a new "Leads" feature.
Leads: From your SE Dashboard, you can now view partially-completed scheduler sessions from customers who did not finish their booking experience. You can use this information to follow up directly with those customers. Includes interactive tables, export functionality, sorting, and a "Reviewed" toggle to incorporate into your workflow.
Availability Window: Includes 1, 2, and 3-week options to control how far in the future your customers can book.
Analytics Performance: improved for quicker loading times.
Enhancements to ServiceTitan ACP Integration: Allows for more up-to-date mapping between Business Units and Job Types directly from ServiceTitan.
Default Confirmation Page Graphic: can now be customized from a list of options.
More Visible Back Button: can be added to the bottom of the scheduler window.
Advanced Scheduling: the interface for setting appointment buffers and blocked dates has been improved to be quicker and easier to understand.
Resolved issues related to time zone when viewing appointment dates and times.
Improvements have been made to our ability to recognize and prevent customers from booking who are marked "Do Not Service" in ServiceTitan.
Flexible Technician Assignment: this allows escalation appointments to be assigned to the person who can run the job, not just the first person on the schedule.
