In February 2023, Schedule Engine enhanced many features of the Schedule Engine Dashboard.
Whiteboard
Updated Calendar view: always displays the next seven calendar days, regardless of your Whiteboard configuration.
Logic to block overlapping time slots: prevents overbooking risk.
"Batch Add/Remove Capacity" feature: accessible by the "+/-" on the Whiteboard settings and allows you to quickly add capacity up to a certain date based on your plan, or remove all capacity beyond a specific date.
Advanced Scheduling: Your Whiteboard will now reflect if an appointment buffer or blocked date affects a time slot by blocking it out with a tooltip message when you hover over it. This will also take effect if a time slot is beyond your availability window.
Analytics
Updated the "Booking Flow" milestones view: The first two steps of the "Booking Flow" section in SE Dashboard Analytics now show: (1) when the scheduler was first opened and (2) when the customer first interacts with the scheduler page, which provides more insight into customer behavior when using your scheduler.
