In the Provider Dashboard, you now get to experience the following updates:
For Schedule Engine Enterprise customers who manage multiple branches, we've updated the organization of the OEM partners and combined the Company and Contact page in the settings section of the dashboard.
As an Escalation Services feature enhancement, we now prevent Contacts with no Notification Steps to be added to Schedule Shifts and Plans.
For ServiceTitan ACP users, we have now added support for using skills-based availability to the Schedule Engine-ServiceTitan integration.
